We want you to love every piece you purchase from Vidhi Collection. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Return/Exchange Request: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging where required. Product Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging. Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags/packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange. Approval: All return or exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Vidhi Collection. For assistance, please contact our support team before sending any product back.
